B.M. Gas & Heating Services would like to offer you a simple solution to avoiding expensive call out and repair costs of your home heating boiler.
For just £12.00/month + initial one off payment of £35.00, we are offering you a seven day a week maintenance contract. APPROX 50p/Day.
Included in this contract:
• Annual boiler service and efficiency check.
• Visual inspection of boiler installation.
• Gas soundness test (if applicable).
• Checking the operation and safety of all devices and adjusting as necessary.
• All work carried out by OFTEC/Corgi approved engineers.
• Priority breakdown service, i.e.: call received before 12md will receive same day call out.
• Service History Certificate.
Maintenance Contract will cover:
| • | Any single boiler (no more than six years old) with standard components as supplied by the boiler manufacturer and fitted with casing, (if boiler is older than previously specified we may be able to offer a different level of maintenance contract, subject to survey). |
| • | Time controls, motorised/selector valves and single water circulating pumps (we must be able to isolate these without draining down the system). |
| • | Labour charges (labour charges directly connected with repair of replacement of failed parts of central heating installation). |
| • | If boiler is beyond repair we will offer the customer a one off payment of £250.00 towards a replacement boiler. |
Maintenance Contract will not cover:
| • | Repair to or replacement of any item which in the engineers opinion is beyond economic repair. |
| • | Services requiring the removal of asbestos. |
| • | Electrical wiring / fixtures nor any electrical work. |
| • | If property has remained un-occupied for more than 60 days. |
| • | Damage that is caused by failure of gas electric oil or water supplies. |
| • | Damage caused by water ingression into boiler through e.g. flue. |
| • | Any failure on the covered parts during the relevant manufacturers/contractors guarantees or warranty. Non compliance with the manufacturers operating instructions. |
| • | De-scaling or de-sludging and any damage caused by hard waters scale, rust or sludge deposit or from damage caused by corrosive water. |
| • | Any cost incurred due to boiler or system noise where no fault is found. Call out charges will incur. |
| • | Damage caused by lack of proper maintenance, or where at any time, in the opinion of B.M.Gas & Heating, the boiler or system is incorrectly installed. |
| • | An unsafe installation or the fitting of incorrect components. |
